'We just stumbled across an awesome bike concept: Portugal has taken the functional and made it beautiful. Instead of the arrows or stick figures you might normally see adorning a bike lane, this one in Lisboa is printed with a poem by famous Portuguese writer Fernando Pessoa. The path is situated along the Tejo river and the poem is an homage to the river in the writer's home town. Can't make it to Portugal anytime soon? Watch this video for a vicarious ride along the poetry-dappled path'.
